Bandits and Outlaws

Well this was the fourth lecture in the 'Being Bad' module and I admit now that it was one of the more interesting subjects in my opinion. I decided to do my assignment on this particular subject, as I felt that it would make a very interesting short story. I did a lot of research on cinematic representations of outlaws and bandits and I found the following links very useful.
hhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Outlaw
and I found this site really interesting as you could see if any of your ancestors were famous outlaws and bandits. So if you think it may run in your genes take a look at this and see if it does.

The main things that I learned in this lesson were that criminals are often glamourised by the media, which can be an extremely bad thing to do. Outlaws were also opportunists that were loyal to the close villages in order to save themselves not because they really were concerned about the welfare of their fellow citizens.
